This thesis explores the impact of unemployment on individuals, the church, and society. The various ways that affect us. It examines the economic, social, psychological, and spiritual consequences of unemployment and proposes effective solutions. The comprehensive study aims at providing an understanding of unemployment and its implications and equipping readers with solutions and strategies for addressing the matter. Youth unemployment has increased in recent years globally. There’s evidence that links young people to substance abuse, drinking, crime, and teenage pregnancy; all these challenges are related to youth unemployment. Unemployment is not good for our society. The really harmful effects of the recession, COVID, have been felt by the younger generation because they are the most affected.
